Mireles Party Ice was founded in 2001 by Jesus Mireles III. Originally, Mireles Ice began manufacturing with the capacity of only 10 tons of ice per day with distant hopes of adding another 10 ton machine. Rapidly growing, Mireles Party Ice soon struggled to meet the growing demand of the market. Thankfully with support of our customers, we acquired The Ice Box. This new location, 1635 S. Zarzamora (across from the San Antonio Produce Terminals) places Mireles Ice strategically near downtown San Antonio. With this expansion, everything from the floor to the ice machinery to packaging equipment has been replaced. From a meager 10 ton ice manufacturing facility to today's two locations, Mireles Ice can accommodate any need which our loyal customers may request.
